Hi Julia – Just wanted to record our thanks to you and let you know how grateful we are to have found such a lovely person and a real animal lover to look after Tammy our tortoise. When we arrived with Tammy you were so friendly, kind and courteous, as was your mum. We could see how dedicated you are to your job and were very impressed with the care you take in making sure you have all the relevant information on each pet. We felt very reassured that she was in good hands and felt at ease leaving her in your care. When we collected her she was fine and we could see she had been looked after really well. We would definitely want to leave Tammy with you again in the future.
Thank you also for taking time out of your busy schedule to take photographs and email them to us so that we could see how she was doing, we are so impressed with your excellent, professional service.
You were not the nearest person to where we lived when I looked on the internet for pet boarding services – it is the first time we have left her with anyone other than family, but I liked what I saw and read on your website and feel my intuition was right, I definitely made the right choice!. We would highly recommend you to any pet owner needing temporary care for their animals.
